ACCESS AND UNLOADING
Measure doors, aisles, ceiling height and turning space. Confirm forklift or crane capacity against the shipping weight and center of gravity. Prepare a clear unloading route and a protected staging area.
FOUNDATION AND WORKSPACE
Use a level, load-bearing floor and leave service clearance around electrical cabinets, dust collection, vacuum pumps and material handling areas. Keep the machine away from water, excessive vibration and direct heat.
POWER AND GROUNDING
Match voltage, phase, frequency and breaker capacity to the approved electrical drawing. Provide an independent protective earth and confirm local electrical work is completed by a qualified technician. Voltage stabilizers or transformers may be required in unstable grids.
AIR, VACUUM AND EXTRACTION
Prepare clean, dry compressed air at the specified pressure and flow. Confirm dust extraction, vacuum hold-down, cooling water and exhaust requirements for the selected machine.
BEFORE THE ENGINEER ARRIVES
Have tooling, test material, lifting equipment, network access and trained operators available. Send photos of the final site, power label and access route to TechPro CNC. Early verification helps installation, commissioning and operator training start on schedule.
