DOCUMENT ACCESS LEVELS
TechPro uses different verification levels to protect machine compatibility, customer data and safe operation.
Catalogs, workshop planning information and non-configuration-specific reference files.
Basic contact verificationMachine manuals, maintenance documents and controller references matched to the equipment.
Model + serial number requiredElectrical drawings, parameter backups, firmware and project-specific technical packages.
Technical approval requiredHOW APPROVAL WORKS
The review process is designed to give customers the correct file - not simply the newest file with a similar name.
Choose the closest document from the catalog and click Request Access.
Provide the model, serial number, component and reason for the request.
Our team checks the customer record and matches the correct revision.
Approved requests receive a controlled download link or file delivery instructions.
Do not install controller software, firmware, drivers or parameter files from an unverified source. Back up current parameters and production files before any system change. If the requested action involves electrical cabinets, high voltage, laser optics, pressurized gas or moving assemblies, use a qualified technician and follow your workplace safety procedures.
DOWNLOAD CENTER GUIDE
A well-organized documentation package protects uptime, supports operator training and makes future troubleshooting much faster. The TechPro CNC Download Center is designed to connect each customer with the correct document for the actual machine configuration.
One CNC machine family can include several controller brands, spindle systems, servo drives, laser sources, chillers, voltage standards and optional functions. Two machines with a similar appearance may require different wiring diagrams, parameter backups or operating instructions. For that reason, model-specific files are verified before they are supplied.
The machine model identifies the general equipment family, while the serial number connects the request to the production record. Photos of the identification plate, controller screen and relevant component label provide additional confirmation. These details are especially important for customized machines, production lines and equipment that has been upgraded after delivery.
A standard package may include the machine operation manual, installation preparation guide, electrical drawing, controller reference, maintenance schedule and documentation for key components. Depending on the machine, the package may also include spindle or inverter instructions, servo drive references, chiller documentation, laser source information, lubrication diagrams, pneumatic diagrams and recommended consumable lists.
Some files are general and can be used across several models. Others are linked to a specific controller, voltage or component. The support team will separate general reference material from configuration-specific documents so operators know which instructions apply directly to their equipment.
Create one digital folder for each machine and use the serial number in the folder name. Store the sales contract, packing list, manuals, electrical drawings, software versions, controller backup, maintenance history and previous support records together. If a parameter is changed or a component is replaced, record the date, original value and new value.
Keep at least one backup outside the machine control computer. A secure company server or managed cloud storage can protect important files if the control computer fails. Operators should have access to the documents needed for daily work, while parameter backups and service files should be controlled by authorized technical staff.
This Download Center focuses on manuals, drawings, catalogs, checklists and reference documents. Software, drivers and updates require a separate compatibility process because the operating system, controller hardware, license and machine parameters can affect installation. Use the Software Downloads page for software-specific requests and do not assume that the newest version is correct for every machine.
Before installation, review the site preparation checklist and confirm power, grounding, compressed air, cooling, extraction, workshop space and unloading access. During commissioning, keep the electrical drawings and controller guide available for the technical team. After commissioning, use the operation manual and maintenance schedule as the basis for operator training.
Training should cover startup, homing, tool or process setup, program loading, dry runs, production checks, emergency procedures, shutdown and routine maintenance. The manual provides the reference, but practical training should be completed on the actual machine and configuration.
Electrical drawings are configuration-specific and should not be copied from a visually similar machine. Before requesting a drawing, provide the serial number and a clear description of the circuit, component or alarm being investigated. Only qualified personnel should open electrical cabinets, test energized circuits or change wiring.
When contacting support, include the exact alarm text, photos of indicator lights and labels, and a summary of checks already completed. Clear evidence allows the service engineer to identify the correct document and avoid sending unrelated information.
DOWNLOAD CENTER FAQ
The serial number is normally shown on the machine identification plate. If you cannot locate it, send a photo of the complete machine, electrical cabinet and controller screen to the support team.
Machines can use different controllers, electrical standards and components. Verification prevents customers from using instructions, wiring diagrams or parameter files that belong to another configuration.
Yes. Include the machine model, serial number and a short explanation of the circuit or problem. Electrical work must be completed by qualified personnel using appropriate isolation and safety procedures.
Software and drivers are handled through the Software Downloads page because compatibility depends on the controller, operating system, license and current machine configuration.
Create a verified backup of the current controller parameters, production files and software settings. Record the original values and contact support if the procedure has not been confirmed for your machine.
Requests with a clear machine model, serial number and document purpose can normally be reviewed more quickly. Project-specific drawings, parameter files or older machine records may require additional confirmation from engineering or the original project team.
Yes. The distributor should provide the end customer company, machine serial number and reason for access. TechPro may confirm the relationship before releasing restricted engineering files.
Available languages depend on the machine family and document. Submit the preferred language with your request. When a full localized manual is unavailable, TechPro may provide an English technical version together with translated key instructions.
List every known upgrade and include photos of the controller, electrical cabinet and modified component labels. A document from the original configuration may no longer describe the upgraded system correctly.
Approved technical documents are supplied for the verified machine and requester. Do not redistribute restricted drawings, parameter files or project-specific documents. Ask TechPro to verify the other company or machine separately.
Include the exact alarm text or code, controller model, machine serial number, when the alarm appears, and clear photos or video. This helps the support team identify the correct controller reference and safe troubleshooting sequence.
Use the personal assistance section below and describe the document or task. The catalog represents common file families; TechPro can search the project archive for component manuals, certificates, drawings, checklists and other machine-specific records.
NEED PERSONAL ASSISTANCE?
Send your machine model, serial number, controller or component name, and the document you need. A clear photo of the machine nameplate helps us verify the correct version.
TECHPRO APPROVAL REQUIRED
TechPro will verify the machine configuration and requester before releasing the document. This prevents incompatible manuals, drawings or software-related files from being used on the wrong machine.
